Room Redux Denver

“When they walked into the living room they were soooo amazed and thrilled. They wanted to sit at the workstation; to color and write. All they can ask was “who did this?’ My son is a major Cowboys (NFL) fan so he was sooo excited to see his room just how he always wanted it. My daughter loves her star room and they even provided this star pillow that she absolutely adores. My other two boys absolutely loved their sports room. My second oldest loves history so they put a picture up of a historic baseball member. They love the little personal chairs in the room.

One thing I can say, Room Redux really utilize the space that we had (which wasn’t a lot). My children just want to play at their workstations, constantly have their sound machine on, and read or do different assignments in their little chairs.

We just got home and we raced upstairs and we are completely speechless at the beauty and class of this new bedroom for [recipient], she just still can’t really find all the words in her gratitude. She was so excited about every single thing in that room, you guys did such an amazing job, an amazing job is really quite an understatement it’s quite spectacular actually, wow!”

“Dearest Tamya , Becca and Cindi, how can I ever thank you for the Amazing rooms that you and all of the volunteers created for [recipients]? I have never seen such awesome kids rooms. I know a lot of time, energy and work went into the design and crating the rooms. I think you can tell.

[Recipient] has never had a room of his own. He wants to be his room all the time. He is very concerned about keeping it neat. He loved everything in the room. He is always using the punching bat and he loves to hang out in the teepee.

[Recipient] never wants to come out if her room. She is happy doing her summer reading and math in her room. I don’t even have to tell her to do it. She used to keep all of her clothes on laundry baskets . Now she has put everything away in the drawers and closet . She keeps the room immaculate, which she never did before. She fees very special in her room.

Thank you all for caring to make a difference in their lives. You truly did. I have not seen [recipient] that happy in a long time. She even helped [recipient] organize his toys and books in his room. I just can’t find the right words to thank all of you and all of the volunteers for giving up your time to do something so special got my grandkids. I appreciate it more than you will ever know. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart . You guys are rock stars !!!!!

These kids are my heart and soul and you guys put a smile on their beautiful little faces. What more could a nana ask for?”
